Admittance of documents at the Preliminary Course for foreign citizens at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Art is prolonged till the 20^th of November, 2010.

Requested documents for enrolment to the Preliminary Course are:

• Documents on studied subjects and marks (points) on these subjects.
• Medical certificate and certificate about HIV.
• Copy of  Passport  or Identification Card (indicating  a visa for Azerbaijan Republic)
• Biography
• Application to the rector for admittance to the Preliminary course for foreign citizens

(indicating speciality and teaching language)

• 8 photos ( 3x4)

Enumerated documents must be translated into the Azerbaijani language and affirmed by notary.

A contract is signed between academy and foreign citizen. Students have to pay tuition fee by USD, amounting to the affirmation of Ministry of Education, at the beginning of each semester.

Indemnified tuition fee is not repaid in the cases of foreign student is not able continue his/her education for valid or invalid reasons, or is expelled from academy on above mentioned principles.

Student gets status from the day the academy admittance order is given for foreign citizen.

Term of studying at the preliminary course of the academy is one (1) academic year.

Registration of foreign citizens is conducted at the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan Republic:

-          One year  to reside

Certificate is given to foreign students, successfully graduated from The Preliminary Course, according to their specialties and training language.
